At Kent House Knightsbridge we recognise that every event is unique; one day we might be styling the venue to suit a modern wedding and then the next day, creating a 1920s themed conference. Hi, I’m Gary. With a calm and collected demeanor, I guide our clients through the planning process and offer on-site support during their events. My primary mission is to ensure our clients can truly relax, and I spare no effort to guarantee that every last detail is meticulously handled.

In addition, I’m responsible for identifying and managing top-tier suppliers. My role combines creativity and technical expertise, allowing me to deliver innovative solutions, such as unique staging designs, cutting-edge lighting and sound, and engaging event experiences.

Hi, I’m Poppy. My not-so-secret passion for events led me to study it at university, and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else! You’ll find me on-site visits and showrounds, ready to help you see every possibility for your event.

Working alongside our amazing team, suppliers and caterers, I love creating, styling and executing every detail to perfection.

I’m here to make planning your event as easy as possible, so when the day comes, you can enjoy it just like a guest – stress-free and ready to celebrate!

Hi, I’m Tim. Armed with my colour coded spreadsheet, I ensure we’ve got every last detail covered and brief the teams. I make it my job to take away all the complexities (and with events, there can be a lot of them) and be able to respond to clients and suppliers with a clear, straightforward approach.

I learnt my trade in 5* hotels and running an event catering company so I know what it takes to get the most from your caterer, from menu design to customer experience and service on the night. And I’m always the first in and last out of an event.
